The key to a successful blend is to cut your fruit down to small chunks and to add liquid. Some reviewers advise against blending ice unless it’s the small mini ice.

My Blackberry-Banana-Soymilk Smoothie recipe:

1/2 cup of soymilk
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup of berries

Blend soymilk and berries. Then add banana and blend. Enjoy!
