Roli Roti Mobile Rotisserie Chicken and Porchetta

If you’ve been to the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market on a Saturday, you have seen the Roli Roti Mobile Rotisserie Truck with a long line of eager customers, waiting to purchase and devour a delicious rotisserie chicken, 1 lb. slice of porchetta (rotisserie pork), or a porchetta sandwich.

This is Thomas, the owner, making our porchetta sandwich. He even told us to put out our hands so that he could give us a juicy piece of porchetta to sample. Yum!

Here is our freshly made porchetta sandwich which Thomas tops with rosemary salt, peppercress, and a special sauce.

Here is a generous, 1 pound slice of porchetta that has been cooked on a rotisserie for 4 hours. Notice that there are herbs cooked right into the mouthwatering porchetta. Visit the Roli Roti Mobile Rotisserie Truck at the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market on Saturdays so you can get the porchetta sandwich. They are not there on Sundays. Roli Roti goes to other farmer’s markets around the bay area but the porchetta sandwich is only available at the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market.
