Pretzel Croissant

Mmmmm…. what happens when you cross a pretzel with a croissant? You get a pretzel croissant! I was visiting the Farmer’s Market in Pacifica and came across this fabulous creation, the pretzel croissant. The texture is as fluffy as a butter croissant but a little meatier and has the salty bite of a pretzel. The pretzel croissant is absolutely delicious! Where can you find this yummy new favorite treat? You can find pretzel croissants at the OctoberFeast booth at Bay Area farmer’s markets. They are no longer available at Whole Foods or Rainbow Grocery.

And of course they make pretzels too, organic Bavarian pretzels.
