My brother brought me back Junior’s Cheesecake as a souvenir from New York, because the cheesecake was that good. Junior’s claims to be the “Most Fabulous Cheesecake”… and yes, they are! Junior’s strawberry cheesecake is light and fluffy, yet creamy and smooth. The cheesecake is topped with a strawberry pie filling, made with fresh strawberries. Then Junior’s cheesecake is finished off with a macaroon crust that has an almond flavor. Very yummy and unique! If you can’t make it to New York anytime soon, Junior’s Cheesecakes can be ordered online for delivery.
